As a free convenience to our patients, Fairfax Dental Center accepts and files claims to most insurance plans on the patient's behalf. We participate as providers with most major insurance plans including Delta Dental, United Concordia, Cigna, Aetna PPO plans, Metlife, Humana, Dominion Access PPO, Medicaid and others.
We work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Any portion of treatment not covered by insurance payments remains the responsibility of the patient.
